@soon2beabryannasmom, they could. I'm not positive. I think I'd just run it by my doctor if I had plans to go into the ocean. I went on a cruise when I was 22 weeks, and my doctor said I could swim in the ocean, but it wasn't really wavy.
I ment u can swim throughout your pregnancy :). As long as u feel good and ur water hasnt leaked or broken u can swim or unless ur doctor says u cant😊
@soon2beabryannasmom, I think you just need to be aware. I wouldn't get into an ocean just because the waves wear you out so fast. Too much of a workout. Rivers however, i think it's more of a concern of staying clean and not getting an infectyion down there. However, I'm taking maternity pictures today, and we are doing some in a river. Haha. Just keep an eye on your body and if you get worn out super fast, it's too much.
oh Kay but not in beaches or rivers right because of waves ? @jennatess
U can swim all throughout your pregnancy @soon2beabryannasmom . they say you aren't going to know if your water breaks or not. I don't see why it matters bc u aren't going to have your baby then and there
I'm 34 weeks and still swimming. My dr said it's great exercise and really good for your back. He said I need to stop when I feel like it's to much. Just drink lots of water. You can become dehydrated and not be aware as easily
U can swim until ur end of trimester. Swimming is a good exercise
Swimming is great! But they say to avoid jacuzzis cause they get really hot.
