Seriously the most nerve racking day of my life. Anyone ever been induced before? Is it awful?
@emmaanne, I hope it does too girl! They gave me pitosin and then sum othe pain meds and I was knocked out.
Well then it won't be as bad. Lol I felt like I NEEDED to get him out in his due date so I felt rushed and blawblawblaw won't scare you but yeah, if it's medically needed you'll have all the time you need, you probably won't feel anything for the first few hours anyway. My recommendation is to rest before you start feeling anything.
I was induced due to loseing fluid around my baby. It wasn't bad. I didn't get an epidural. I was asleep the whole time pretty much. I woke up wen they checked me and to push. That's it. I hope it's that easy again in December.
I'm being induced for medical reasons not at all because I want too! I promise! @Kimberlyyyy
I won't give you a horror story, buuuuut I wouldn't recommend doing what I did and asking to be induced just because I wanted my kiddo born on his due date... I wish I had let him cook longer.
If it makes you feel any better, I was holding back tears when I found out I had to be induced
I didnt get an epidural I was seriously asleep the whole time they had to wake me up to push lol. I hated being in bed too without getting up
You guys are seriously making me feel so much better!! My stomach has been in knots all day! @Laura_love @heavensmommy
I was. My induction actually was less painful and smoother than my natural birth I had with my youngest
I was induced. It wasn't awful but I didnt like thw fact that I had to stay in bed hooked up to a monitor to keep track of my navy's heartbeat.
Ok good. I've heard horror stories about it. Mainly that it's a lot more painful this way. @suresti I'm gonna try going without the epidural! Fingers crossed!!
I was induced but just because my water broke and I wasnt progressing but it wasn't bad I had a smooth delivery
best of wishes
