The idea of waiting so long gives me anxiety. Haha. I know there are reasons, and circumstances where waiting to have the shower so close to the due date is the only option, but, I had mine super early for this reason alone. I'm sure you'll be okay, and it will work out. You'll probably just be exhausted, haha.
I already had my first shower on May 30th so this will be my second shower. I will be getting all the big important items I need at this shower and its scary how close I will be to my due date. My hubby doesn't think I'll make it, he thinks I'll give birth before then. I have no idea why his mother is making it so close to my due date, I get there's planning and stuff to be done but seriously, two weeks before? That barely even gives us time to set up his room as my hubby works full time and only has weekends to do things. and I'm exhausted now!!! lol it will be a complete MIRACLE IF I make it 3 more weeks without going into labor. 3 weeks seems like nothing but seriously, that's far away! @jennatess
That's going to be my situation too! My original shower was for the 27th of June but my asshole brother booked a flight ticket for my mom to go to Cali and I'm like wtf my mom has to be there hellooooo so now it's July 18th but I'm due August 1!
Oh my gosh, wth?! I feel like that's way too close to our due dates! I hope we make it to our showers,and have time to set up our baby's room @tracynangel s before they come 😑

I know that's what I'm so scared of! So many moms are like get this baby out and I'm like stay in there until the day you're due lol
