did anyone use a belly binder or wrap after their c-section(s)? did it work? what's the best brand? how long after can you use them?
We finally did it after 10 months!!!!

The hospital I was in put one on me when I was able to stand up . & supplied it .

i used a belly binder after both my c sections...the hospital gave it to me both times (u should just ask for one) it worked great for me....I used it for about 4 months
