I feel ya my mom is coming up here in december to c my baby who will b around 3 months they live 10 hrs away but I refuse to let my dad c her cause of it. my hubby actually wants to git my dad cause of the way he talks to me. he also has used my unborn daughter as an excuse for me to forgive him. once that happened their is no way im letting him back in my life

Omg I had to do the same exact thing and it's been two months now. Couldn't be any happier about my decision to not talk to them anymore. Sometimes people are plain toxic, family or not!! Good luck and if you want to talk message me, I completely understand!

I had to distance myself from my family cause of the same reason and completely dropped my dad from my life. I hated it cause im a daddy's girl but it got to the point where he would apolgize for what he was saying then send me on a guilt trip like it was my fault
