Only if he request it.. If he does and you can prove he's unfit they won't.

Depends on were you live in Florida were I live I was told by my lawyer child support and visitation have nothing to do with each other. If the father is unfit you can fight him in court to not allow visitation or only have supervised visitation... But if he pays child support that doesnt mean he gets to see the child.

@blackjbutterfly14, is the father on the birth certificate? If not then you don't have to do anything until your ordered by a court to allow visitation... If you refuse he has to file a court action against you and that cost money so most men don't do it.

@blackjbutterfly14, you can call multiple family Lawyers and ask for a free consultation. Tell them your situation they will give you the best advice for free and they don't normally push a lawyer on you unless you absolutely need one. They are pretty good. Look family Lawyers up near you on Google or in a phone book
