how much are you suppose to put on in first trimester?? Good morning mommies

I didn't put that much on in my first trimester. I think I only gained like 5-7 pounds

I lost 6 pounds my first trimester bc my appetite wasn't good.

I lost 10lbs haven't gained all of it back yet.
