So annoyed that an actual midwife at a hospital told me I could take piriton as I suffer from hay fever.. So I took it for a week, and I thought I should double check with my actual midwife, and she told me I should stop taking it immediately as its basically a steroid which can really have affects/hurt my little girl! I'm just grateful I decided to double check.. and I've finally got a growth scan as my bump is measuring 3-4 weeks over💗💗

I've been to my GP she won't give me anything and my midwife told me just to use this certain nasal spray I forgot the name off🙈 I live in Wales so our prescriptions are free anyway, which I'm happy about haha! But still they don't recommend anything other than nasal spray @jumpingjellybeans

That's strange I went to my dr and I am taking fexofenadine hydrochloride (telfast 120mg) my dr said I could take beconase nasel spray I can't remember if he said anything about piriton but basically he said as long as I was over 20 weeks (which I was) it wouldn't effect the baby. I would go to your gp for a script plus it's free because you are pregnant and he/she will be able to give you proper advice on this.
