it sure is! was lucky in last pregnancy I didn't suffer with it to much to ask to be that lucky twice tho lol xx

I was just messaging @ames about this topic. You will have to see your GP @pudding2 my GP gave me quite a few choices and I was able to take the oral medication I was used to. I think because it is non drowsy. I take fexofenadine hydrochloride (telfast 120mg) but I know that nasel sprays are generally a safe bet but your local pharmacy won't sell you anything because you are pregnant but Dr will or should be able to prescribe you something.

my consultant said its safe for us to take quite a lot of stuff, just double check x
