I have horrible anxiety when pregnant and with this one I've been getting panic attacks. my doctors keep suggesting counseling. doing light cardio helps a little and I just started adding fish oil to my vitamins... I hope I can get it under control because it's torture...
I just started these random panic attacks idk if they're linked to the stress I've been going through lately or not but I just have to try to stay still until it passes. it's difficult though.
I haven't had a panic attack but my anxiety is horrible. Everything makes me anxious and makes me feel uneasy. I get myself all worked up over ridiculous things.
