do NOT put vasaline on ur nipples!!! @elenaj its a biproduct of petroleum. you don't want your baby digesting chemicals. I use medela lanolin. yes you can continue to feed your baby

I wouldn't know for sure since this is my first but I heard coconut oil was great.

Use something specifically for cracked/sore nipples like lanolin, you don't have to wash it off before your baby nurses.
