does anyone else have chronic joint pain due to a preexisting injury? and if so, how do you deal with the pain since ibuprofen is a pregnancy no-go?

I did my hip. I just stretched mainly and baths. I ended up not being able to handle the pressure of pushing because of it I thought it was gonna snap

yeah @junebaby I guess I'm just gonna have to keep pushing through it. I ice and stuff but it only does so much. after I have this kid, I'm going to get another mri on my knee and see if I can get surgery yet, or at least be on a pain management plan

thanks @lilymama it's not unbearable. it's about how I feel after I run the pt test. as long as it isn't locked up and popping too much it's not super bad

I'll try it @lilymama I have maybe 2 more appointments in korea if they wanna do one before I pcs to germany, but I go to a korean doctor and sometimes they don't always understand what I mean. so I might have to wait til I get my doctor in Germany

You can always talk to your ob and see if he can prescribe something that's stronger and safe for you

Tylenol does like nothing for me @lilymama I have a partially torn meniscus as of 2012 that army doctors refuse to operate on. they handed me 800mg ibuprofen pills and said they'll discuss surgery when I blow my knee out.

I do, I broke my elbow back in February when I was around 10 weeks. I honestly just tough it out, if it gets unbearable I take Tylenol since we are allowed to have it.
