@azmommy85, ya I need to start making shakes sounds pretty good too an ya I still work witch helps with not being lazy for that matter haha

@kmrie, i know how you feel. I get cravings for unhealthy stuff too every now and then. My nutribullet has been helping me a lot. It has recipes in the booklet and I'll even make my own shakes. Yesterday I did kale, banana, blueberries and a few grapes plus water and blended it all up. It helped me for about an hour or two. I hope you can find some food that'll help you fill up for awhile. It's ok to eat something a little unhealthy if you're craving it. I do it sometimes and just eat healthy afterward for the rest of the day and walk so I won't gain a lot of weight.

Try and eat more protein to fill up. Also if you get hungry try some veggie and fruit smoothies etc. It's ok to eat 6 small meals a day. Hope that helps
