To conclude yesterday's round of entertainment on "teen pregnancy," @Zabbyfirstparentsoct4baby who started the discussion yesterday by posting an Instagram photo is now gone from the app after our numerous unsuccessful attempts to communicate and reason with her. She was automatically blocked yesterday after a long tail of comments from disagreeing or offended people, but continued this morning with a vengeance when we brought her back. Stirring resentment on the app goes beyond expression of a personal opinion or launching and attack on us here or in Google Play. For those who still don't get it - moms of all backgrounds and ages are welcome here and will be protected. Opinions, even radical ones are OK, if expressed once. Those who can't stop when they are insulting to others need to take it elsewhere or we will do it for them.

I agree with @preggie_usa , there's a difference between opinions and personal attacks. Some people just have no tact. You can disagree with someone without attacking them.

@thumbalina, voicing opinions are fine but personal attacks are not.
everyone has their own opinions I do not know why we are banned from voicing our opinions its not okay to glamorize it. I really dislike seeing girls who are 15 saying they are purposely planning on having a child when they do not have a job and are still in school. I'm not bad mouthing them but we should not be punished for this.
What was the "controversial topic" that started all that drama anyway? Just out of curiosity because I hadn't seen any of it until seeing this post!
@awn0710, @danamarie - everyone can be expected to commit irrational or impolite behavior, when offended - in this case many people at once. We will intervene at a later point, when someone doesn't read into reactions of community and continues to antagonize everyone. What happens and our role are very predictable really. And no, we do not agree that banning that particular user (and not anyone else) was less than fair. We also went out of our way to keep her here, which was wrong, given her subsequent conduct

I agree with @awn0710 - maybe if the sub posts were deleted as requested or taken down my preggie this wouldn't have happened again. This really is a shame.

The only reason she kept on going on about it this morning is because everyone who sub posted about her post were so rude and nasty! And no one deleted their sub posts like they should have! It's a shame.
I feel it's messed up that we can't talk about certain topics without getting attacked . Nobody has the respect to say I don't agree with your opinion but I respect it . People want to start bashing and going off on that person that has their own opinion . Smh .

Thank you @preggie_usa for standing up for moms! We are all moms. We all deserve some respect and decency. We do jobs no one else can! Some women don't want our job. So if you take the responsibility for you and your child you deserve some help and respect. Think twice before you judge another mom. Life has a way of coming back around and giving you a lap-full of karma.
