Oh no! Colds suck with babies! They seem so painful on their tiny bodies! It starts at 4 but not all the food. It'll say it on the packages. It's more of a liquidy purée I guess and sippy cups with juice can be given. I got a sippy cup that says 4+ months from tommee tippees
