why you high risk if you don't mind me asking

High blood pressure, gestational diabetes and because I had preeclamcia with my first born. This is going to be my last pregnancy!

I'm sorry for the question but I'm curious because I'm high risk too but is because of my age I'm 44. that's why you have all those problems too? I want to be prepare. I just have 8 weeks 3 days.
