I still don't feel pregnant anymore. so paranoid.

I went through that phase around the same time. Nausea fatigue bloating etc disappeared. Even now, the only thing convincing me is my back and headaches, my lil bump and the two times I had round ligament pain. Even my hpt was extremely faint. Every pregnancy is different. Jus continue to take care of yourself and hold the faith 😉
