PiYo seemed "boring" at first to me since it's such a change from the harder programs but it still kicked my butt haha

Love T25, 21 day fix and Piyo! I lost 35lbs, before getting pregnant, with those programs!!

I've done the workouts before and it's really good. Helped me get down to my pre pregnancy weight. I recommend it 😊👍🏼

Never heard of it but another good one is Bikini Body Mommy! It's free and she posts daily workouts on YouTube. If you check out the before & after results it's awesome! All her challenges are 90 days long and usually around 10-20 mins each day. I love her and will be doing her challenges after my girl is born :) btw I haven't had time to reply to your message but I will when I lay little man down! 😊
