Beyond stressed out, boyfriend lost his job yesterday for the most ridiculous reason ( wasn't even his fault ) hoping he can find another job soon so we'll be ok. Have been trying to look for a job myself for some extra income and no luck

Ok so my son just got his first job. He’s also type 1 diabetic. Well last night while working his sensor starts going off his blood sugar dropped to 52. They told him he could deal with it after he got his orders done, which in a way I understand that but at the same time if it drops low enough he can pass out and that won’t be good for anyone!! They wouldn’t even let him just grab some glucose tabs out of his bag. I’m so torn here because I don’t know what’s appropriate and what’s not.
