Is anyone else having night sweats and hot flashes? it's getting hotter here and we've been running the AC at night but it doesn't matter I'm still waking up in the middle of the night in a pool of sweat. does anyone know any way to combat the heat?? thanks!

I have this exact problem! My husband can be shivering from how cold it gets in our room and I look like I just came out of the shower. What helps me is a cold wet rag on my feet, once my feet cool down my whole body starts to cool down.
I get nightmares too, but I feel like they're caused by the heat instead of them causing the sweating. only because this happened to me outside of pregnancy in the summer too.
I only get the sweats when I'm having a nightmare. It's truly odd and we have a window ac in our room right over me and it doesn't matter if I'm having a night nightmare I'm waking up in sweat

Just started getting night sweats. I know this happened last time too but it was summer during the last part of pregnancy. It is still cold outside!! Anyone else started having these?
Has anyone heard of this brand or already had it?? I really want it. Seems way better than the graco one I have. Adams sweats so much in the graco one. Horrible quality :(

Night sweats??
Ever since I had DD, I've been getting the worst night sweats. I'll be freezing but sweating all night long. Did anyone ever have this? If so, how long does it last?
Also has anyone dealt with stress sweat? Does that automatically mean anxiety???
