Didn't think anything of it til reading the comments on my last post, but my stomach tightening and having a lower back ache every morning.. Are those Braxton hicks?

Sounds like it. If you get sharp pains or pinching pain deep in your female area it's definitely contractions. If they get worse and speed up then you know they're real.
