My legs and hips hurt so bad when I wake up in the morning from sleeping on my side. I literally feel like I got hit by a bus...any suggestions?
^^ totally agree . I was having horrible pain and ended up going to physical therapy I still go 2x a week but in have a few exercises thatb I can do at home andd it really helps . And my insurances covers it :)
You just got to tough it out. I try the pillow inbetween the legs and still wake up sore. The best thing is to wake up through out the night and maybe walk your hallway, use the bathroom, roam the kitchen and maybe sit-up for a minute. It's that constant laying on the side that makes it hurt so bad
I have but I toss and turn all night it never seems to stay in place. Maybe I'll give it another shot
I had to tough it out. now that I have my son you won't catch me dead laying on my sides. I am so over side sleeping.
