I was 5 days past due and on that 5th day I had a doctor's apt @ 2:45 pm to discuss induction plan,

they monitored my contractions for about 20 min and decided that were going to schedule an induction day, after checking my cervix ....just as the doctor began to examin me my water breaks there on the table, at 3:45 pm. hear I am thinking im gonna be sent home and next thing I know im in a tremendous amount of pain becuase the contractions were every 3 to 6 min apart.

I went from 4cm to 6cm in an hour, i was definitely dilated. at a very fast pace by 9pm I was fully dilated and ready to push and on April 28th @10:24pm kamilla Sophia was born 7lbs 7onz 19inch, the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in my entire life, just thinking about that first momemt I lade my eyes on her makes me tear up

Just got home from the hospital. 2 cm dilated contractions are 5/10 min apart and told me to go home because im 37 weeks and 4 days. I need to wait for my water to break or my body to go in to active labor which can happen in 24 hours 🤦🏻 ♀ just great😔im in so much pain . Same thing happened on my daughter walked around two days with contractions and gave birth at 38 weeks guess i will have to do it again 😔

Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.

Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

Ugh really getting annoyed im having contractions every 3 mins and they are painful (not as painful as they were since they've given me some meds) and I've only dilated 1 cm in 4 hrs I just don't see why they can't give me something to help things move along or to help me dilate. I coulda sat at home for this but no the doctor said go in bc my contractions were so close but yet this nurse keeps saying they can't send me home with contractions like im having but im not in "labor" maybe just early labor ITS REALLY ANNOYING AND SO IS SHE
