I've been having braxton hicks for the past month now and I'm 27 weeks this Thursday.. is there anything I can do to help myself apart from curl into a ball πŸ˜‚

read up on them (I'm a First time mum) and it says could be possible premature labour?? not worried however I've had a few symptoms since reading it by feel fine.. any advice? 🍼

Nah braxton hicks are nothing to worry about, I've had them since 23 weeks with this one. But I have always had them strong in all my pregnancies. It's just your uterus practicing. Trust me when labour happens braxton a hicks will be a distant memory of non pain lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

@denisej96, I wouldn't worry! I've had lower back pain and cramping for about 2 months now and I've had watery discharge since I was about 3 months pregnant! and I'm sure nausea/sickness can come back in third trimester x
