i dont pee often. my last job i had to train my bladder to last a long time so i dont pee every 20 mins it can be hours. but at night when i sleep its up and down. during day i am fine and on overnights i am fine until last night

i work 2 overnights and 2 days shifts. while last night on my overnight i went to the bathroom and my underwear where wet. like as if you had jumped in the lake fully clothed and your underware are still wet after a couple of hours. my pants weren't wet but my underware was. well i had a doctor appointment and told her about it she said if it happens again let her know so now overnight number 2 undies are wet again
