Eddison has slept and ate all day (besides like 2 hrs this morning). I'm scared I probably won't get any sleep tonight:(…

my baby is the same way...today she was awake for maybe an hour then after some play time on the floor she fell asleep for another 4 hours then woke up...I thought she would be awake for most the afternoon but an hour and a half later...after more play time she got really cranky and tired now she's asleep lol. she slept all night except for feeding.. must be all the moving and kicking she's been doing lately to make her so tired.

and then some days she will be awake most the day...I keep her on the same schedule everyday or at least very simular...I hope she wakes later and be awake for a good part of the day so I can sleep tonight lol.

He's possibly going through a growth spurt ! Pai has napped and ate (only like 2 oz every hour or so which normally she eats about 6oz and is good for 3-4 hrs) she played for around an hour or so but other than that just napping and eating

I know. she gets like this seems like once a week. it's kind of dark and rainy today so it might be that lol.

I realllllly hope he'll sleep tonight for you ...Pai sleeps good at night regardless of whether she naps all day or not sometimes she has just lazy days

Delilah is 3.5 months and still has no consistency! no matter what I do 😩 but if he sleeps good during the day he will probably sleep good tonight. over tired babies sleep worse at night than a baby who napped well in the day

yep @hayleymarie trust me I've tried everything lol. I wake her up at the same time everyday too but her naps are inconsistent

yes kind of we always go to bed at the same time and stuff. and yeah some days he naps some days he doesn't lol @hayleymarie @delilahsmommy2.22

@delilahsmommy2.22, @alicia3_21 Pai's naps are very inconsistent but she sleeps 8-10 hours a night straight...before we started giving her a bath every night she wouldn't but now she gets a bath, rubbed down in lotion, stories, a bottle and some cuddles and she's out for the night

Delilah sleeps well through the night. she's breastfed so she wakes up 1-2 times a night. its the naps that are so in consistent and I wish they were more consistent lol. @hayleymarie

@delilahsmommy2.22, Pai gets breastmilk from a bottle but she's had cereal in her milk since she was 2weeks cause she's eat to the point of vomiting and then still be hungry but if I didn't let her continue to eat she'd just scream so her doc said put cereal in her bottles and with that and night time baths she's been stn since she was a month and a half

yes ! he doesn't vomit very often. but he eats and eats tell his tummy can't possibly hold any more than eats some more. and will still act like a monster going after my boob. and I know I have milk bc I see it in the nipple shield and he poops non stop. @hayleymarie

Maybe try some cereal in the evenings before bed if you don't pump and bottle feed you can just offer it on a spoon just make it runny enough that he doesn't choke.. It may help the milk stick to his tummy better and keep him a fuller and he may sleep a little longer but if you do it just plain rice cereal oatmeal is too complex and if you haven't introduced any solids the favored kind may cause reflux or a tummy ache

I'd start with like a tablespoon and then go from there on if he's still hungry and milk isn't satisfying him you can always give him a little more
