Well the verdict is out... Im going to be pregnant for the rest of my life. Jasper just doesn't want to show his handsome little face. Doctor said I was a "snug" 2cm dilated, and my cervix is "slippery" but is still about an inch thick. What the hell?!!?!?
I'm so mad. I just want to cry. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life! Whoever said pregnancy was glamorous was SO wrong. Don't get me wrong, I'm blessed to be carrying this little guy but seriously! I just want to hold him in my arms for goodness sake.

@kie123, thanks girl. I honestly pouted the entire way home from the doctors and have been crying ever since I stepped foot in my house. I'm about to go do some Zumba. Maybe all the bouncing around will get him going. 😢

@jaspersmama61315, hey you never know things can change over night . He's so comfy where he's at right now which isn't fair to you that he doesn't want to come out but just remember at least your giving birth to a healthy full term baby , & not a preemie baby that would have to stay in the hospital for sometime

@kie123, true. I'm blessed to have a healthy baby don't get me wrong. It's just wearing down my body. I'm sooo tired all of the time, I have been walking a mile every night after dinner but I'm exhausted by the time I get back to my car. It just sucks especially when it seems like ALL of my pregnant cousins have had their babies and keep posting their handsome little guys all over Facebook and Instagram. Ugh... I'm 38+2 and I'm starting to get jealous. 😤

with a straight face at 41w1day looked at my Dr and said fuck you because I wasn't dilated or thinned at all. but 2 days later I went into labor I told the triage nurse to fuck off to when I was having contractions 2 to 3 min apart and I still hadn't dilated st all but they kept me thankfully. it's just so disappointing you know you're so close but then nothing

I was like that with my son I went in on Monday not dilated and my cervix was thick and I didn't lose my mucus plug and on Thursday went to the hospital 7cm dilated and ready to pop just be patient mama it'll be okay things can change quickly

it can literally happen over night lol. I went to my appointment on a Thursday and was only 2cm dialated, and had my son at 6:41am on friday. it was 4 days before my due date. so hang in there.
