Mommies whose babies are around 4 months old, what are your babies doing developmentally? Emma had her 4 month check up a few days ago and for some reason, a doctor that wasn't her doctor saw her and told us she's developmentally behind and to treat her like she's 2 or 3 months old. When we saw her doctor last month at her 3 month appointment, he told us she's months ahead developmentally. So I'm confused, I don't know what she isn't doing that she should be!

Pai will be 4 months in 2 weeks...she can hold her head up steady, can sit up with some assistance (making efforts to sit up on her own but can't quite get it), TRIES to laugh (hasn't quite happened yet), rolls from back to tummy but not vise versa, smiles back, looks for mommy in a room, props her self up a little bit with her arms when on tummy time...what's your LO doing ☺️ (not sure where she's at on development her 4 month appt is on the 16th)

My daughter tries to sit up on her own but can't yet, can sit up with assistance, tries to walk when we hold her up, rolls over both ways, smiles and laughs, babbles at me, holds her head up, props herself up when on tummy, scoots and tries really hard to crawl, if we show her how to hit something that lights up or makes noise she mimics us, she's interested in everything in the room, can track objects, loves grasping things @hayleymarie
