Hello everyone, I am new in the community. I am from South Florida, expecting my 3rd baby.

@gambucci17, I go to physical therapist and I get an adjustment when am really bad, I also do the 20 minutes heating pad and 20 minutes ice pad, also yoga and zumba, that's the best, but lately I had a lot going on I haven't been to Zumba like in 2 weeks.

sorry, my daughter was sick and we had tp admit her to the hospital, thanks God we are now back home and she is doing better. Also I am still learning to use this app. It's normal that is takes longer to show with your first baby, with my son I I didn't had belly until I was 22 weeks, with my second one I started showing when I was 10 weeks pregnant! @gambucci17

@karendiaz573, sorry about your back!! Does your doctor tell you anything specific to do for it? I have back pains and I use a heating pad for it and it helps a ton!

aww congratulations! 💙 yeah so close. I am having a girl. I am feeling good, my only problem is that sometimes my sciatica and herniated disc give me some pains, but besides that I feel great. and you? it's your first? my first baby is a boy! @gambucci17
