I'm not really sure. It's the first time I've had them. I've seen a few other posts start early 20's weeks tho

I've had them since 21 weeks. kinda feel like period cramps I think

you may feel it tighten in your back too and come around to the front

false contractions. you'll feel your entire belly get hard and it'll last for several seconds. then it'll relax. I get them a lot if I don't drink enough water.
