I'm 7 months pregnant with twins and my fiance left me yesterday. we've been fighting and I've been dealing with depression which doesn't help. and now I feel completely numb. physically I'm here because I have a three year old to care for but mentally I've checked out. all I have been able to do is pray. idk what I'm going to do financially or how I'm going to explain what's going on to my daughter but I'm trying my best to keep going.
