i think they take you and him and baby into considerstion.... my sisters boyfriend gets 70k a year but well over half goes to child support and.alimony of his ex... so given her situstion.she was able to get services based on take.home, life situation (niece was a premie), and bills and se was awwarded wic support

I do not work or get any income but my fiance does and they never asked for his pay stub

@xoxo512070, hmm, maybe it's different in Colorado? They told me on the phone I need ID, proof of pregnancy, proof of residency, and proof of my boyfriends income since he is in the household.

Since I wasn't married I was still considered single. And I had no job neither so I had to use my mothers Pay stubs bc according to them I was a single mother living with my mom. So it all depends.

A friend told me that as well but when I went I gave them my pay stubs. I for sure thought they would deny me claiming I made to much and I put my husband down as well and I got approved.

@xoxo512070, I told them nothing about my boyfriend for foodstamps because I know I'd get way less or none at all, so I told them I just was renting from him and I paid the amount I got for babysitting.

@soon2bemomof2, @elenaj I just looked at the wic guidelines for income, and we are WAY below, so I don't think his income will be an issue.
