Oh my gosh! All the boys due this year!!! Sooo many boys! Also I've seen a lot of "J" names. What names have you mommies picked and why? When I knew it was a boy, the moment I found out, I said to the ultrasound tech "His name is Joseph. Joseph McKinley." He's named after my great great grandfather on my moms side. My only real factor I had to have was the letter J in his name. My husband is Jason and Jason has always been my favorite boys name...weird but it has. I wanted is son to have a J in it and it was just meant to be when my mom found out the name she cried. The name has made everyone very happy and that's important to me. I call him Joey but my great great grandfather was called JoeMac. For what ever reason, I love his name. My only regret was my husband only agreed to the name...not a 100% sure he had a say in the name. But with naming a child after someone it can seem like you didn't get a real choice in the name. He seems happy with it so I don't push it! :)
I think I went the unique route only because in my 8 years of teaching, every traditional boy name reminds me of a student lol! I also love Noah, Jacob, Christopher, Donal, Theo, Tobias, Harris, Rowan, Luca, Max, and Henry!
@tracynangel, all are great names! I wanted something traditional since everyone is doing unique names. I and my husband have pretty traditional names.
My best friend listed off different and uncommon names for boys, and that one just sort of clicked for me. We also liked Miles, Anders. Aidan, Zachariah, and Griffin
@soon2bemomof2, I like it! I love the name Tom and Blaze is a real mans name! 😋
My boy will be named Liam :)
