Me too they just taste fake! I'm no expert but if you are to eat cold cuts the fresh ones definitely the better choice to go with! And probably not the ones from shop rite you could package and bring home because they sit in the bag even tho they're fresh
Yeah I have no idea 100% so I'm not saying don't eat it!! Just ask your doctor to make sure that's not just some bull I read on the Internet haha

Ok I googled it! Maybe not the best thing to do lol but it says that packaged meats are susceptible to a bacteria called listeria? And that they are sprayed with something to prevent the bacteria but it's a low chance of getting it but pregnant women are more susceptible to infection and such so it's best to refrain! But I would definitely ask your doc at the best visit just to confirm!! The point of my comment was just to see if you knew if that was just "old wives tales" or rumors and such
