@dessie0621, yeah when it gets infected it sucks very bad. I had medical tape in my "AREA" hair.. felt like I was getting waxed 4 times a day when my mom changed the gauze.
Vicodin. It's a six inch cut they made and when they stick something in it was almost an inch deep. It's not infected thank god! It's just healing weird so they opened it up to make sure the stitches were ok
I busted open on my own Lol @dessie0621 did they give you any meds?
They cut me back open to release some trapped blood.
@dessie0621, it's really nothing bad. they'll just take blood and swab over your incision. and put you on antibiotics and you'll have to follow up with them or your OB in a couple days.
Now I'm scared of what they are gonna do to me! 😱
@dessie0621, lord it was horrible to been in the ER F for like 6 hours with a breastfed newborn. They took me back and had me lift my belly and the abscess popped on its own. It smelled AWFUL. My SO's mother caught a glimpse and almost passed out with the baby in her arms. Thank God for quick nurses.
@dessie0621, congrats to you too. and also a couple days of being home I ended up in the ER because my incision got infected.
