Lol no kidding! I wouldn't be with anyone who calls me pet names. Nick names are cute, my husband calls me Catey Bug. That's a name based on my name not a stereotypical pet name lol but yeah girls who like it bother me too. Always have! 😋

Yeah which is funny because people say those girls call their boyfriends Daddy because they have "daddy issues"! I have daddy issues...that's why I'd like to not be reminded of him when I'm with my husband! My husband is nothing like my dad! I like him that way lol. Daddy is a sexual term now-a-days...and when I was single I used to bitch at boyfriends who tried to call me "baby girl"...gag me with a spoon. Some people have severe mental issues.

@catehughes, What makes me gag even harder is when it's used as a sexual term or in the bedroom.. I just cant! Lol. ✋ Calling my partner by what I call my dad... I just don't get it or how that could at all be a turn on or cute! I as well am not close to my dad either so I don't even call HIM daddy! I call my husband Jay or Jay Jay but since we named our son Joseph or Joey I keep calling him Joey and not Jay...it's been hard! But I caught myself call him Daddy once and gaged lol! I don't even call my dad Daddy. I call him dad...restrictively. I'm not close to him so it creeps me out to even say Daddy. Long story short...me too! Lol I can't stand the name! But at the same time it's going to take time to separate my husband and sons names!
