@jomommaclark, cut it in half. Then de-seed each half. Cut each half into 4 pieces. So you should have 8 small quarters of the Mellon. Then you just run your knife between the rind and Mellon and dice. Sorry if that's confusing. These take me about 5 mins to cut the whole melon. Lol

but you're not sharing details. I don't like those type of melons but my family does.

I've been cutting them wrong the whole time. I make it so difficult and cut it In half then half that half and by the time I'm done it's a huge mess!!! 😱 I'll have to remember this

It's easy. Cut off the tops and bottoms. Then cut off the sides. Then cube! This watermelon was probably 8ish lbs. it took me about 10 mins to cut it and cube it. Not too bad!
