I keep having these dizzy spells come out of nowhere, and now I am nauseous. anybody else experience this?

yes I did for the first time I had to lay down the entire evening I felt like I needed to throw up I'm still getting over it after that I had the worst headache

yes it's normal, happens because of the extra hormones
