so I feel like I'm crazy. there is every once and a while like tonight that I feel like my head is going to explode because there is screaming going on in my head. and it doesn't feel like it's me screaming. it seems like it's a while bunch of other people screaming in my head. and it's usually when it's quiet when it happens. and I can't get it to go away. it goes away on its own. am I crazy or something that I'm hearing things in my head ? when I also hear them I feel like I'm paralyzed except my fingers. I just can't move til it's gone.
