I'm so lucky to have never gotten morning sickness. But god damn it I'm paying for it by waking up to a Charlie Horse in my calf every night now. Like, just shoot me because it hurts way too badly.

I heard about that too but the last time I just couldn't get myself up. @edomke I'll have to force myself next time, especially since you said there's no after pain. I couldn't even walk yesterday
So my coworker told me as soon as you feel the Charlie horse to stand up and have your leg completely straight and stretch it a little. I did it and it really worked plus there was no after pain. It might feel like you can't stand up but do it. So worth it!
@mommabearof2, yup!! I read all the warnings when 3rd trimester came. I thought I was safe for a minute, then bam, I wake up cussing up a storm

water, bananas, potatoes, a good heating pad, and stretches. That's what I have to do in order to keep them away. They're horrible.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Ya please try it's so worth it!
