I have preeclampsia, I'm not sure how often to check my BP or when to go into the ER? Any advice?

Look out for headaches, dizzy spells, seeing spots like stars. Are they going to induce you?

They had planned one on June 18 when I'm 39 weeks but she said its possible to change cause my high BP I go back on Tuesday so I'll find out if they moved it up or not, @bellamama09

if it's over 150/100 you want to go to the er is what my dr said. I was in the hospital for 5 days thinking I had pre e....just to be told I didn't after a second 24 hour urine catch was done. just be careful. atleast take your bp twice a day, also what my dr told me to do once I was released. @adelinasmomma

My first 24 hour urine test was 283 (300 is preeclamptic) and i went in Thursday at 2 am for a headache and high BP (at first they told me if Its 140/90 to go in so I did cause it was 145/101) so today I brought it back and had a NST (I have to have them 2 times a week) and my urine test came back at 383 and they said I was pre eclamptic and to keep and eye on my BP. @annabanana2005xx

wow I'm surprised they arnt keeping you cause you are pre e. my hospital was all over making me stay when they thought I had it and I was only over by 2 points on my first catch. just be really careful...I wish you and your baby the best!!!! @adelinasmomma
