Maybe you just need a cleaning I am going in a couple weeks to get a full cleaning and check up just to make sure everything is still good.

that is tooth decay. all you can do is brush often more like after every meal you eat. ive been in the dental field for 7 yrs. Floss also.

ps the decay will contiue to spread until it is removed and filled in.
