@hannahmilligan22, water birth would be lovely but i think for me id thrash about so much there would be no water left lol x

Ahh bless you! Gas and air does look fun haha. I'm very much thinking whatever I feel I need at the time I will have. I think if I say now I won't have an epidural etc then I will put so much pressure on myself and feel like a failure if I was to give in and have it. I do REALLY like the idea of a water birth, although I know they can be tricky timing wise and also for first time mums they're not keen on doing it. But who knows! Xx

@hannahmilligan22, yes defo gas and air and pethadine but thats it. no epidural for me. but with my son the gas and air made me so HIGH lol i literally felt like i was out of it so will try go easy on it! how about you have you thought about that yet x

@hannahmilligan22, haha. ive got a boy already but he's 9. n i kinda went into a bit naive. im now much older and fully aware of whats in store having been through it before so im more nervous lol 36 hours is so long! i think id just lay there and shout at someone "just get her out noooooow" lol im praying its quicker than my first which was 20 hours from waters breaking to delivery and about 16 hours pain. lord help me looool

My sister said to me, that without mum she wouldn't have been able to do it. She had a hard 36 hour labour and is the biggest wuss I know, bless her, and she smashed it. Although she did shout at my mum "you don't know what this feels like" after 4 children my mum was like, umm yes I do haha. Xx

@hannahmilligan22, i bloody hope i find the strength from somewhere! mum n partner are my birth partners so they will hopefully get me through! x

Haha! Oh I know I will worry nearer the time, but you can do it! That's why us women have been blessed with this task. And just think what you have at the end of it! ❤️ pain is only temporary (you may remind me of this is 7 months haha!) x
