In a week I have to have the "group b strep" test done. What is that? And what does that entail? 😕

it's a swab from the vagina to your rectum. quick and easy. its an bacteria that can harm the baby if you deliver without an antibiotic. Not really a big deal though.

Your butthole gets swabbed! Lol. But all it is is a quick swab with a long q-tip inside the lady part and then the butt hole. Takes all but 15 seconds. Not bad.

They didn't swab my butthole... They swabbed my vagina, no doubt, got a cervix check right after too... 😳😳😳

It's not terrible the swab at least. It was really uncomfortable to get my cervix checked though. But my doctor has BIG hands and he pressed down on my pelvic area to get a good feel. Going back in tomorrow for my 37 week appointment and will be checked again for dilation.

Honestly If you do have it. You just have to get antibiotics in an Iv durning birth but if they don't give it to you at a good speed it burns your vains worse then feeling contractions.

@jennatess, you might want to get to that lol😂😂 Honestly it's not bad at all. It's quick and only a swab. They dont actually go in neither opening.
