so despite that I have cut ties with my baby's father, I can still see what he does on Steam - which is a gaming community - because we have a friend in common and every time I check he is always playing a game and all I can think is he really choosing a life of nothing over being a father. Video games (which don't get me wrong, I love), smoking pot, drinking and using his junkie ex for a home and money.
but he SWEARS he has rights to my baby.

@monilovesautumn, I already spoke to a legal aid and I know. it just bothers me that he thinks getting pregnant instantly gives him right and that he's a father. a sperm donor at best if you ask me. he got a surprise coming when he finds out the baby isn't getting his last name but the maternal last name of my great grandmother.
in the court of law no he doesn't . he's a unfit parent , he drinks , does drugs and gambles . also , he has no stable place to live . so if he tried to ever take you to court it will be a waste of time . the court will dismiss the case and give you full custody . he messed up
