how does a Contraction feel??
I've been feeling like pressure on my lower abdomen.. is not painful to like scream or cry or anything like that... it's just pressure!
dont know how if that is contractions..
yesterday I felt like cramps, like the leg cramps but on my abdomen ThAt was painful..
is that also a Contraction??

@jhordan23 yea just got out the Dr's office he said baby's head is down that's why I feel that way he gave me an appointment to induce labor on sunday so we'll see 😬😁😱😊 @hannahboo
so @wysmom was feeling the same way this morning. she's 38 wks... I told her they were contractions nd they were ...but she wasn't in active labor so go get checked!! it just mite be time!!
You can have contractions that tighten your stomach and make it hard as a rock without period cramps. Sometimes my tummy will get really hard and you can press on it and have no give. Like press on your forehead and feel how hard that is and if your tummy is hard like that then it's a contraction. I have them but also have crampy contractions too.
that might be the baby stretching out your tummy
they didn't feel like period cramps, they felt like leg cramps but in my lower abdomen ..... like if a muscle stretched to much or something
