To any mamas unsure of where to place a car seat in you car, check your car's owner's manual as well as the car seats instructions...I always thought the middle was ALWAYS the safest but actually it depends on your car...I learned this from our local car seat expert at the hospital when my daughter was born...because my car has a hump in the center the middle is not the safest because the base cannot be secured properly.. If you're unsure if it's installed ask before you leave the hospital there are people there to help you ☺️🚘

also local fire stations will install them.

@butterfly88, good info 👍 I talked to a local fireman here and he told me that they will install them but most fire depts around here aren't required to know up to date car seat safety so id still check with the hospitals but I guess it all depends on your location

@hayleymarie, your right. I know the ones around here are pretty good because I have to travel 30 mins to get to the hospital where I'm delivering at.

@butterfly88, my hospital wouldn't let us check out until the car seat expert checked us out which I'm so thankful for because we had the base installed in the middle and kept trying to get it tighter but my seat wouldn't let us so thank goodness for them ☺️
