I really want a ham and cheese sandwich but I don't want to heat the meat up! 👎🏼

I don't do it. So I understand your pain lol but seriously I don't mess with deli meat because of the bacteria in it.

I meant I don't eat deli meat cold either

My doctor said to heat it up than let it cool down and eat it :)
