You don't have to be induced if you choose not to be. It just depends on whether you're willing to go over your due date. I went a week and a day over my due date.

I'm almost 39 weeks as well. I want her naturally. I'm trying everything to dilate my cervix but no luck.@jestera90 your not alone:)

It just depends on your doctor really, my doctor doesn't like for babies to over bake so I'm getting induced at 39 weeks.
