why does my stomach hurt so bad . 😔

Its probably normal since there is no blood but if it gets worse I'd call the doctor. :) i think your body is just adjusting to the pregnancy because I used to have the same cramping/ pain.

personal question: any bleeding or discharge? and if you have really bad pains I'd go to the ER just to make sure. but a little cramping or pain isn't unusual because your uterus is getting bigger and your body is making room for the baby. I'm no way a doctor but if it continues to get worse I'd get some help to be safe.
